Centex Attack 13U wins the Southern Smoke tournament at the PAC in Leander, Texas
On July 12, 2020 Centex Attack 13U boys defeated 3 teams to win the “Southern Smoke” tournament at the PAC in Leander, Texas. Centex Attack 13U boys defeated Austin Defenders 52-5, defeated Impact 50-35 and defeated a very good, team House 4 Hoops, 55-51 to be crowned “Southern Smoke 7th grade champions” for the weekend. The game between Centex Attack vs House 4 Hoops, featured two evenly marched teams in terms of skills and player size and length. Centex Attack, lead most of the game but not by more than 6 points each half. It was Centex tenacious defense and physicality that helped them win the weekend.
