Full Card Confirmed for PFL Dubai on November 14

The Professional Fighters League is set to merge into Jake Paul’s MVP come the new year, but there are still a few PFL-branded events to go.

The biggest of those would be PFL Dubai, which arrives at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, UAE on November 14. On Tuesday, promotion officials confirmed the full card for the event, announcing the line-up via press release.

A previously announced heavyweight title fight headlines the show, featuring champ Vadim Nemkov (20-2) taking on the #3-ranked Sergei Bilostenniy (15-4). Nemkov is a former Bellator MMA light heavyweight champ who in December 2025 captured the PFL heavyweight crown against Renan Barao.

Nemkov has not competed since.

Joining that heavyweight scrap are names like Sergio Pettis, Patrick Habirora, Abubakar Nurmagomedov, and Oleg Popov. Russia’s Popov (23-2) won the PFL 2025 World Tournament, but has been competing outside the promotion ever since. He’ll be taking on UAE’s own Pouya Rahmani, an undefeated 6-0 heavyweight.
