Jacqueline Cavalcanti faces the undefeated Michelle Montague at UFC Qatar.

The UFC announced Thursday that Cavalcanti (10-2) is set to fight Montague (8-0) in a battle of ranked bantamweights set to take place at Ali Bin Hamad al-Attiyah Arena in Doha on Nov. 21. Cavalcanti is No. 9 at 135 pounds in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings, with Montague a few spots behind at No. 12. Both women also hold top 15 spots in the UFC’s official rankings.

The matchup was first reported by Ag. Fight.

Cavalcanti looks to rebound from her first UFC loss after starting off 5-0 in the promotion. She dropped a unanimous decision to longtime contender Ketlen Vieira this past May.

A former PFL standout, Montague has won her first two UFC fights, earning decisions over one-time title challenger Mayra Bueno Silva and Luana Carolina. Montague won her first six pro bouts via rear-naked choke submission prior to joining the UFC in 2025.

A welterweight bout between Dom Mar Fan (9-3) and Nikolas Motta (15-6, 1 NC) has also been officially added to the Nov. 21 card.
