UFC Heads Back to Dallas on January 16, 2027

The UFC is headed back to Dallas, Texas to kick off the new year.

During Saturday’s UFC 336 broadcast, UFC officials announced the promotion’s return to Dallas, which will take place on January 16, 2027. No main event or other bouts were announced for what will be a Fight Night card at the American Airlines Center.

The promotion has visited Dallas six times previously, most recently in 2022, when Julianna Pena and Amanda Nunes faced off for the second time. Nunes won the fight, which headlined UFC 277. Prior to that, 2018 saw Tyron Woodley vs. Darren Till headline UFC 228.

Tickets for the promotion’s latest trip to Dallas are expected to go on sale next month. The UFC closes out 2026 in Las Vegas, with UFC 335 taking place at the T-Mobile Arena, headlined by Charles Oliveira vs. Diego Lopes for the promotion’s symbolic β€œBMF” title.

The promotion’s 2027 is starting to take shape, with a Toronto date on January 30, representing UFC 336, and now Dallas. The UFC 336 card had two fights announced for it on Saturday, as flyweight champion Joshua Van headlines. He puts his title on the line against Manel Kape. In the co-main event, Carlos Prates and Michael Morales face off for an interim welterweight title. That, after undisputed champ Islam Makhachev was unable to make the date.
